Dubai Municipality Approved Civil Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate must hold valid Dubai Municipality approval and have strong knowledge of local regulations, construction standards, and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare, review, and submit drawings and documents for DM approval.
• Supervise construction activities and monitor site progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and safety standards.
• Handle project documentation and reporting.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid Dubai Municipality Approved Engineer Certificate (G+1 / G+4 or relevant category).
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and authority procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
