Job Description:

We are hiring a confident and motivated Female Dubai Real Estate Agent for our Lahore Phase 5 office. This role is focused on handling Dubai real estate clients, managing leads, conducting client consultations, and closing sales for off-plan and secondary market properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads for Dubai real estate projects
• Consult clients on property options, pricing, and payment plans
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct follow-ups, schedule calls, and manage client relationships
• Coordinate with Dubai-based team for inventory, viewings, and deals
• Maintain accurate lead updates and feedback in CRM
• Push qualified leads towards meetings and closings
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate projects, trends, and offers

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
• Sales-driven mindset with strong persuasion skills
• Previous real estate or sales experience preferred (Dubai real estate experience is a plus)
• Ability to handle international clients professionally
• Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
