Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with a strong background in Dubai infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, setting out works, verifying levels and coordinates, and ensuring accuracy of survey data for roads, utilities, drainage, and related infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out land and construction surveys for infrastructure projects.
• Perform setting out and verification of roads, utilities, drainage, and associated works.
• Establish control points, benchmarks, and survey reference systems.
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Verify site measurements and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Operate Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other survey equipment.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Consultants, and Site Teams regarding survey requirements.
• Maintain survey records and ensure accuracy of all collected data.
• Assist in resolving survey-related issues during project execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Dubai/UAE infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, and earthworks.
• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and survey software.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, RTA, and infrastructure project standards.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Work Location: In person

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
