In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, coaching team members, and delivering excellent customer service. It’s the perfect next step for someone ready to lead, learn, and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership
Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready
Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away help drive performance goals and maintain compliance standards
Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team
Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
What We’re Looking For
Education – High school diploma or equivalent
Experience – 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service Leadership – A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
Operations – Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems
Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain
Customer focus – Committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest
