Location: Gr. Noida , Hyderabad , Pune (onsite)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team and help craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and usability best practices, with the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX solutions Create user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to guide design
• decisions Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality Advocate for user-centered design across teams and projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field 3–6 years of experience in UX design for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing Ability to communicate design ideas and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus Portfolio showcasing UX design work and problem-solving approach
