Duties

• Install, modify, and repair duct systems according to schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and HVAC plans to ensure precise installation
• Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for quality assurance

Experience

• Proven experience in construction or HVAC installation roles with a focus on ductwork or mechanical systems
• Service technician experience working with HVAC/R systems or property maintenance is highly desirable
• Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and technical drawings
• Mechanical knowledge related to air conditioning systems and furnaces.
• Field service background demonstrating ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC or refrigeration issues
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating <PERSON> drivers preferred
