Duct Man Helper (HVAC)

We are urgently hiring a Duct Man Helper.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Duct Man Helper to assist in the installation and maintenance of HVAC duct systems. The successful candidate will support the duct installation team in all site activities and learn key skills in the HVAC field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Duct Men in measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing ductwork.

Help transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment.

Ensure the work area is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Follow instructions from the Foreman or Senior Duct Installer.

Comply with all safety and company regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience in duct or HVAC work is an advantage but not required.

Good physical condition and willingness to work on-site.

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
