Ducting Foreman

A ductman foreman with experience in HVAC duct installation and supervision. Candidate must be able to read shop drawings, manage ducting teams, coordinate site activities, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

• Supervise and lead ductman/duct installers on-site
• Read and interpret HVAC shop drawings and duct layout plans
• Coordinate daily duct installation activities with engineers and site supervisors
• Ensure proper fabrication and installation of GI ducts, insulation, and accessories
• Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed on schedule
• Conduct site measurements and material planning
• Inspect installed duct systems for quality and compliance
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed
• Coordinate with other trades such as electrical, plumbing, and firefighting teams
• Report daily progress, manpower status, and material requirements
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to workers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and housekeeping standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC ducting experience
• Previous experience as a foreman or team leader
• Strong knowledge of HVAC duct installation standards
• Ability to read HVAC drawings and coordination layouts
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with site safety regulations
• Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines
