Ducting Foreman and Ductman

1. Duct Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead duct installation teams on site.
• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure work progress as per schedule and quality standards.
• Review HVAC drawings and ensure correct installation as per approved shop drawings.
• Manage manpower, materials, and daily reports.
• Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping at work areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC ducting works.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with other trades.
• Previous Gulf experience preferred.

2. Duct Man / Duct Fitter

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork for HVAC systems.
• Measure and cut duct materials as per drawings.
• Support the foreman in completing assigned tasks efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain work quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in duct installation (GI and PI ducts).
• Knowledge of duct fabrication and installation tools.
• Team player with good attitude.
• GCC experience is an advantage.

Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
