Ductman

Expertelectromechanical is a leading MEP contracting company based in Ajman, providing high-quality HVAC, building services, and electrical solutions across residential and commercial projects in the UAE. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Ductman with 5–10 years’ experience in the UAE to join our site teams and support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform duct installation works on site, including GI ducts, fittings, insulation, and accessories, as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Install and assemble ducting systems such as rectangular and circular ducts, flexible ducts, and air outlets.
• Coordinate with project engineers and other MEP disciplines to ensure timely and accurate installations.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on all HVAC ducting tasks.
• Assist in troubleshooting site HVAC/ducting issues and support senior staff as required.
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in proper condition and follow safe work practices.
• Report daily progress and any site issues to supervisors or project engineers.

Requirements

• Diploma, Certificate, or Trade Qualification in HVAC or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Ductman in UAE/GCC projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC ducting systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC shop drawings and layouts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
