Role Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic Baristas to join our team!

This is a full-time and part-time on-site position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have a passion for coffee, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead our coffee station making delicious coffees and ensuring every cup tastes great with flexibility to assist with ice cream servicing when shop gets busy.

Daily tasks include:

• Crafting and serving high-quality coffee, espresso, and blended drinks
• Assisting with ice cream service and drinks during busy times
• Taking customer orders and handling payments with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café and coffee stations
• Restocking supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed
• Following all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Supporting fellow team members and contributing to a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Prior barista experience preferred
• Basic understanding of coffee preparation or eagerness to learn about brewing and espresso equipment
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including weekends or holidays)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
