Dump Truck Driver

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various types of truck driving, including but not limited to, operating manual transmission vehicles, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and more. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of trucks including tractor-trailers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and flatbeds.
• Execute route driving to deliver freight to designated locations while ensuring timely arrival.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other required documentation.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during transport.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Experience with manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and other specialized vehicles.
• Previous delivery driver experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
