Dump Truck Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, debris, and other freight to various job sites. Your expertise in truck driving, route management, and load handling will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction, demolition, or waste management projects with a focus on efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump trucks, tractor-trailers, roll-off trucks, and other heavy-duty freight vehicles across designated routes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed logs of deliveries, routes taken, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance needs.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and team members regarding delivery schedules or any issues encountered during routes.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating dump trucks, tractor-trailers, or similar heavy-duty freight vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of route driving, traffic regulations, and safety standards related to commercial trucking.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
