Dump Truck Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, debris, and other bulk freight to various job sites and disposal locations. Your expertise in truck driving, route management, and load handling will ensure efficient deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction, landscaping, or waste management projects with a focus on precision and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles such as tractor-trailers with skill and safety awareness.
• Drive along designated routes, adhering strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure timely deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, routes, fuel usage, and vehicle condition reports.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and team members regarding delivery schedules or any operational concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures related to transporting heavy loads, including securing cargo properly and complying with regulations
• Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with dump trucks, roll-off trucks, or tractor-trailers.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently and safely.
• Excellent driving record with a focus on safety compliance in commercial driving environments.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and following delivery instructions. Pay: $25.53 - $30.75 per hour
