Dump Truck Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dump Truck Driver with a valid cdl A or B license to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, debris, or other bulk loads to various job sites and disposal locations. Your expertise in truck driving, route management, and load handling will ensure efficient deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties

• Operate dump trucks with manual transmission and ensure safe handling during loading, transport, and unloading processes
• Drive on designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies to ensure timely deliveries.
• Inspect vehicles regularly for maintenance needs and report any issues promptly to prevent breakdowns
• Maintain accurate logs of daily trips, loads transported, and delivery documentation
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations and participate in safety training sessions

Skills

• Proven experience in truck driving, including commercial driving licenses with manual transmission proficiency
• Familiarity with operating dump trucks.
• Strong understanding of route planning and route driving best practices for efficiency and safety
• Good driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks related to vehicle inspection.
