Job Summary

Pedroza Ready Mix is seeking experienced Dump Material Drivers to join our team. Drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of materials, maintaining DOT compliance, and ensuring equipment is operated safely and responsibly. Willing to work Monday through Saturday if needed.

Compensation

$30.00 – $36.00 hourly (DOE)

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections to ensure safe operation
• Maintain accurate driver logs and timecards within DOT guidelines
• Deliver materials safely and efficiently to job sites
• Keep truck clean and in safe operating condition
• Drive defensively, maintaining proper speed, following distance, and awareness of hazards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
• Valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes endorsement
• Clean driving record:
• No reckless driving, DUIs, or hit-and-run violations
• No more than 1.5 active points in the last 36 months
• Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with customers and co-workers
• Ability to work from elevated platforms, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Experience & Endorsements

• Driving: 2+ years (preferred)
• CDL Endorsements: Air Brakes

• Freight Handling: No touch freight
• Payment: Hourly
