Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks to transport and deliver materials such as gravel, dirt, debris, or other bulk freight to various job sites. Your expertise in truck driving, route management, and load handling will ensure efficient deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties

• Operate dump trucks with manual and automatic transmission to transport materials efficiently and safely
• Drive along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies for optimal delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, routes, fuel consumption, and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks to identify mechanical issues or safety hazards, reporting any concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve any logistical issues swiftly.

Experience

• Proven experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles such as tractor-trailers, flatbeds, or tanker trucks in a commercial driving environment. minimum of 3 years experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to drive manual transmission trucks confidently and safely over long distances or within tight spaces.
• Prior verifiable driver experience involving route driving, load & unload procedures, and freight handling across diverse terrains.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to trucking operations, including proper load securing techniques and vehicle maintenance checks.
• Certification in commercial driving licenses (CDL), with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently on busy delivery schedules.
• A driving test will be conducted prior to employment.
