Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks, with precision and adherence to safety standards
• Load and unload materials such as gravel, debris
• Drive route-specific deliveries or pickups efficiently while maintaining timely schedules
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate logs of mileage, cargo weight, fuel consumption, and delivery records
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe transportation at all times
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate deliveries and pickups

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with relevant endorsements for dump trucks
• Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery routes and load & unload operations
• Skilled in manual transmission operation
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to freight transportation, route driving, and vehicle maintenance
• Strong attention to detail for vehicle inspections and documentation requirements
• Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance
