Dump Truck Driver Tanker Endorsement Required

Overview
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves hauling asphalt to paving crews during the peak construction season and transporting gravel, dirt, and other aggregate materials during the off-season. The ideal candidate takes pride in safe driving, reliability, and supporting construction operations throughout the year. Pay ranges from $25–$30 per hour based on experience, and the position includes paid holidays.

Duties

• Operate a 10-speed manual transmission, ensuring safe handling and adherence to traffic laws
• Safely haul tanks from pick up location to delivery site.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
• Maintain accurate delivery tickets, logs, and load documentation
• Communicate with owners
• Ensure loads are properly secured and safely job sites
• Monitor truck condition and report maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle inside and out
• Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends during peak season.

Experience & Requirements:

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL
• Tanker Endorsement
• Clean driving record
• Experience operating a 10-speed manual transmission
• Strong attention to safety and compliance with DOT regulations
• Ability to follow directions from dispatch and job site supervisors
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work long hours during peak season.
