Dump Truck Operator ( Night Shift)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heavy equipment operation and construction site experience. As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle while adhering to all safety regulations.

Duties

• Operate dump trucks and other heavy equipment, including but not limited to excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, and tankers.
• Transport construction materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, and dirt to designated locations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate material deliveries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of materials transported and job site activities.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating heavy machinery on construction sites.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation is preferred.
• Previous experience in construction site operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in operating various types of heavy machinery including Caterpillar equipment, horizontal drilling machines, paving equipment, and more.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
