Dumpster Rental - Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator

Position: Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator (Bilingual – Spanish Required)

We are a Dumpster Rental Company seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, book rental orders, and coordinate daily delivery logistics.

This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations and providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming customer calls
  • Provide rental information, pricing, and availability
  • Book and schedule dumpster rental orders
  • Dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups
  • Process credit card payments
  • Handle customer service requests, changes, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate communication between customers and drivers
  • Maintain accurate records in company software systems

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience (dispatch experience preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficient with computers and scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
