Position: Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator (Bilingual – Spanish Required)
We are a Dumpster Rental Company seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, book rental orders, and coordinate daily delivery logistics.
This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations and providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls
- Provide rental information, pricing, and availability
- Book and schedule dumpster rental orders
- Dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups
- Process credit card payments
- Handle customer service requests, changes, and issue resolution
- Coordinate communication between customers and drivers
- Maintain accurate records in company software systems
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience (dispatch experience preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
