Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize dunnage materials using appropriate tools and cleaning agents to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Inspect dunnage for damage, wear, or contamination; report any issues to supervisors promptly.
• Organize cleaned materials systematically to facilitate easy access and efficient reuse in shipping processes.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers or vacuums safely and effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inspections, and maintenance tasks performed.
• Assist with the disposal of unusable dunnage in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Support team members by providing clean materials to ensure smooth loading and unloading operations.

Experience

• Prior experience in a cleaning or maintenance role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment safely and responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards.
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues clearly.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude toward cleanliness and safety. Pay: From $14.00 per hour
