We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused PAP Clinician to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for a Respiratory Therapist or Sleep Technologist, who enjoys building relationships with patients and wants to escape the stress of hospital shifts, nights, weekends.

What You'll Do
As a PAP Clinician, you'll serve as a coach, educator, and advocate for patients beginning or continuing sleep apnea therapy.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct PAP setup appointments and educate patients on their equipment
- Review sleep study results and physician recommendations with patients
- Troubleshoot PAP equipment, masks, and therapy challenges
- Monitor compliance and therapy effectiveness
- Perform follow-up appointments to improve patient success and adherence
- Document patient interactions in our electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with physicians, sleep labs, and referral partners
- Assist patients with insurance, billing, and supply questions
- Promote outstanding customer service during every patient interaction
- Support company initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes
- Participate in on call rotation every 6 weeks.

Preferred Qualifications
One or more of the following:
- CRT or RRT credential
- RPSGT, CPSGT, or RST credential
- Previous PAP, sleep medicine, or DME experience
- Customer service experience in a healthcare setting
