What you’ll do
You're the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers – handling their questions around orders, returns, products, and their overall shopping experience. In detail:

Inbound calls and written customer communication (email/chat) in Dutch
-
order management, returns processing, and general customer inquiries
-
providing product information and shopping advice
-
accurate documentation of each case in the CRM system
-
close collaboration with your team and Team Lead
What you bring
-
first experience in customer service – ideally in an e-commerce, fashion, or contact center environment
-
native-level Dutch (written and spoken) – this is a must
-
good English skills for internal communication and training
-
strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for customer contact
-
self-motivation and discipline for independent remote work
-
stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
-
comfortable working with CRM tools and digital systems
