Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Duty Doctor to provide continuous medical support in the hospital. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling patient care, emergencies, and routine clinical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide round-the-clock patient care and monitor patient conditions.
• Conduct initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients.
• Manage OP, IP, ICU, Casualty, Emergency, depending on posting.
• Assist senior doctors and specialists during procedures and rounds.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and order necessary investigations.
• Handle medical emergencies, stabilize patients, and coordinate with specialists.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
• Communicate clinical updates to patient families when required.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Skills Required:

• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage critical cases and emergencies.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Confidence in handling night duties and rotational shifts.

Salary Range: As per experience and hospital norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
