Duty doctor

• Provide timely medical assessment, diagnosis, and initial treatment to patients on duty.
• Monitor patient condition regularly and document clinical findings accurately.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform necessary life-saving procedures.
• Coordinate with consultants and specialists for referrals and case escalation.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as per hospital protocols and ethical standards.
• Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
• Supervise and guide nursing and paramedical staff during duty hours.
• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and discharge summaries.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and patient safety norms.
• Communicate effectively with patients and attendants regarding treatment and progress.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
