Supervise day-to-day operation of hotel engineering systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, lifts, DG sets, STP/ETP, BMS, fire & safety systems).
Attend and resolve guest room maintenance complaints promptly and professionally.
Conduct routine inspections of plant rooms, guest areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Coordinate preventive maintenance as per schedule and log all activities.
Handle emergency breakdowns and take immediate corrective action.
Monitor energy consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, health, and local statutory regulations.
Supervise technicians and outsourced contractors during the shift.
Maintain shift logs, reports, and handover notes accurately.
Support renovation, repair, and minor project works when required.
Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Hotel Engineering
2–5 years of experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel environment
Knowledge of fire safety systems and local compliance norms preferred
