Duty Manager/Night Manger

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Duty / Night Manager to oversee operations across our 3-star and 4-star hotel properties. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth night operations, deliver excellent guest service, and handle any issues or emergencies confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage night shift operations for both properties
• Handle guest check-ins/outs and resolve guest issues
• Supervise night staff and ensure service standards
• Complete night audit and daily reports
• Ensure security, safety, and cleanliness throughout the hotels

Requirements

• Candidates inside UAE only.
• Previous hotel front office or supervisory experience of at least 3 years in UAE is a must
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multi-property operations
• Knowledge of hotel PMS preferred
• Reliable, well-presented, and able to work night shifts
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
