Duty Medical Officer

• Patient care: Perform initial assessments, diagnose conditions, administer treatments, and provide ongoing care for inpatients.
• Emergency management: Respond to and manage medical emergencies, stabilizing patients in critical situations.
• Coordination: Act as the main point of contact during shifts, collaborating with nurses, specialists, and other medical staff to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records, including histories, examinations, treatments, and discharge summaries.
• Supervision: Manage and supervise junior medical staff and coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth hospital operations during their shift.
• Monitoring: Continuously monitor patient progress, review diagnostic tests, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Safety and compliance: Ensure a safe and clean hospital environment, monitor infection control measures, and promote patient safety protocol
