Duty Medical Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Duty Doctor to join our medical team. The Duty Doctor will be responsible for providing immediate medical care, monitoring patients, and supporting senior medical staff to ensure smooth and efficient clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical assessment and treatment to patients.
• Attend to emergency and walk-in patients promptly.
• Monitor admitted patients and update patient charts regularly.
• Assist senior doctors and specialists in procedures and daily rounds.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and perform life-saving interventions when required.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (lab, X-ray, etc.) based on patient condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding treatment plans.
• Ensure infection-control and safety standards are followed at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
