Dy. Manager Production

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Extrusion Production to lead our extrusion operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily extrusion production activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain departments.
• Drive process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in extrusion production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
