Dy. Manager Purchase

We are looking highly motivated Dy. Manager - Purchase who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all purchase activities essential for the effective functioning of the facility management company.

Job description

• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase material from suppliers.
• Design, Plan and Implement sourcing and purchasing strategies.
• Build and Maintain relationship with Suppliers.
• Maintain a database of approved suppliers.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Prepare negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
• Local Market Knowledge.
• Good Understanding of supply chain procedure.
• Floating RFQ to suppliers, Development of new reliable suppliers and taking offers.
• Understanding requirement from requestors and collecting relevant vendor quotation.
• Preparing Cost Analyses.
• Reviewing, Comparing, Analyzing and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Maintaining positive supplier relations evaluating supply options and maintaining accurate records.
• Ready to accept new project/assignment as per the business requirements.
• Updating Procurement MIS.
• Co-ordination with internal department.
• Arrange weekly meeting
• Team handling

Required Candidate profile:

1. B.SC Chemistry or any Graduate or Post Graduate in relevant industry preferred.

2. 6-7 years of experience in Pigments / Dyes / Chemicals industry is must.

3. Proven experience in procurement, vendor management.

4. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

5. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.

6. Proficiency in MS Excel and other required Tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
