Your responsibilities

We are looking for a strategic and hands on professional to lead both global learning architecture initiatives and local end-to-end development programs, with a strong focus on Sales & Leadership capability building.

• Serve as a Learning Architect for global learning programs, co-designing scalable and impactful interventions.
• Partner with global HR and business stakeholders to develop future ready leadership & functional capabilities
• Lead Sales and LD initiatives for India-based business units.
• Lead Sales and Leadership Development initiatives for India-based business units.
• Facilitate high-impact sessions and workshops including in-person and virtual formats

Your profile

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in L&D roles, preferably within IT or technology organizations.
• Proven track record in sales and leadership development programs.
• Strong facilitation skills both virtual and in-person with experience engaging mid to senior-level audiences.
• Hands-on experience with digital learning tools like Articulate 360, Storyline, and LMS platforms (preferably SAP SuccessFactors).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
