Dy Mgr/Manager - Procurement/Purchase

Experience: 8 - 15 years, Work experience in HVAC Product Manufacturing company in purchase dept. with SAP ERP system is must.

Age - 25 to 30

Qualifications: BE Mechanical/ Electrical,

Job Purpose: To be responsible for Managing Imports Raw material Purchase & Procurement functions for the HVAC product factory.

Reports to: Purchase Head

Location – Manufacturing plant near Taloja.

• Locate vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies, and interview & negotiate with them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders timely.

• Track, review & follow up in order to ensure timely delivery of material as per production schedule.

• Work on cost reduction & value engineering projects

• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.

• Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.

• Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers.

• Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
