Description: As a Dispatcher at ProThermal HVAC, you will be at the heart of our operations. This role involves coordinating the daily dispatch of personnel and vehicles, managing communications, and ensuring that all activities are completed efficiently. Your work will directly impact our success and customer satisfaction in the HVAC.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch workers, equipment, or service vehicles.
• Use dispatch software to keep track of vehicles and job statuses.
• Communicate with customers and team members to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Prioritize service calls and allocate resources accordingly.
• Maintain records of dispatches, routes, and other relevant information.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in dispatch or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency with computers and dispatch software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Familiar with the greater Tulsa area.
• Familiar with ServiceTItan software a bonus!
