What You’ll Do:

Generate Leads: Use your network, referrals, and marketing strategies to connect with potential clients and grow your business.

Sell a Range of Services: Offer a variety of services, including roofing, repairs, insurance claim assistance, and home improvements, with the opportunity to increase your earnings.

Close Deals with Payment Solutions: Support clients with insurance claims and flexible financing options to help close more sales.

Provide Exceptional Service: Build long-term client relationships by delivering professional, honest, and customer-focused service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Motivated Self-Starter: You are driven, determined, and excited about the opportunity to sell roofing and home improvement services.
• No Experience Required: While prior experience is a plus, we are happy to train individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the roofing and sales industry.
• Sales Strategy: Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales efforts.
• Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic: We value dedication, integrity, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in the construction or home improvement industry.
• Customer-Focused: Strong skills in customer service with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outside Sales: Willingness to engage in outside sales activities and climb a ladder as needed.
