Dynamics 365 Analyst (Experienced/Senior Level)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales including (Administrator level access, Creating and editing views, fields, charts, entities, dashboards, workflows, processes, security roles and reports and Utilizing sandbox environments for testing)
2. Exposure to the Shipping and/or Logistic industries
3. Workshop Management
4. Agile experience
5. Customer centric mindset
6. Requirement gathering, user story creation/management, solution design
7. Certification: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate

Note: Min. 3+ years of experience is expected in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

1. Manage and advise the requirements gathering process by meeting with stakeholders to define the business/functional requirements and system goals bring these in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
2. Work with Solution Architects and Developers to outline high level and low-level solution designs.
3. Own the Product Backlog and ensure requirements are documented correctly in User Stories. And work with Product Owner to get sign off prior to development.
4. Derive and Own the functional design of the solutions being delivered to ensure both user needs are met, and the solution is in line with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
5. Support and collaborate with development team in all phases of need.
6. Manage the dependencies of the Product Backlog with other Products.
7. Perform basic configuration task and execute tests
8. Be an active contributor in the development of training material, processes documentation and Gap Analysis.
9. Support the Key Users in testing activities, providing guidance, and listening to their enquiries.
