📍 Location: Alexandria, Egypt | Hybrid

We’re looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Functional Consultant to join a global business applications team. The role involves leading the design, configuration, and rollout of Dynamics 365 modules — including CRM, Sales, and Business Central — and supporting the broader application landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, and workflows
• Build and optimize Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement best practices
• Provide guidance on architecture, usability, and scalability of CRM systems
• Optionally, contribute with .NET, C#, or JavaScript for extended customizations

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 (CRM, Sales, Business Central)
• Strong understanding of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Excellent business analysis and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications are an advantage
• Experience with JavaScript, C#, or .NET is a plus
