Description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Service Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions. The role involves delivering high-quality CRM customizations and integrations aligned with business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service components including entities, forms, views, dashboards, SLAs, queues, and case management.
  • Develop plugins, custom workflows, and client-side scripts using C#, JavaScript, and Web APIs.
  • Build and automate business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide deployment, support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Strong techno-functional expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
  • Experience with Dataverse, security roles, business rules, and workflows.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience with Omnichannel for Customer Service or Azure integrations.
