Dynamics 365 Developer (Finance & Operations) / 3+ years / Remote

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer with a strong background in X++, D365 customization, and ERP development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to support business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and related modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions using X++, C#, .NET, and other related technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Implement custom workflows, forms, reports, integrations, and data entities in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Work closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and data management frameworks within D365 F&O.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 F&O with other Microsoft and third-party applications using OData, REST APIs, and Azure services.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing technical support to end users.
• Stay updated on new D365 F&O features, updates, and Microsoft releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (AX/D365).
• Strong proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, and SQL Server.
• Experience in D365 F&O customization, extensions, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Data Entities, OData, REST APIs, and SSRS Reports.
• Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement modules within D365 F&O.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ALM), LCS (Lifecycle Services), and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer Associate.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Function Apps).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
