We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, supporting, and optimizing Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to improve business operations and ensure efficient system performance.
Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Manage system integrations, workflows, and business process automation.
- Provide support for finance, operations, supply chain, procurement, and related modules.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve ERP processes and reporting.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform testing, system upgrades, and deployment activities.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Train end users and provide ongoing system support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and workflows.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 implementation, customization, and support.
- Knowledge of finance, supply chain, operations, procurement, or inventory modules.
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and remote collaboration abilities.
- Full time remote positionMonday to FridayIts a remote position but we will prefer candidates from Lahore
