Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in customization, integrations, and data migration. The ideal candidate will be involved in end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects, working closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- D365 F&O Technical & Functional Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and support D365 F&O modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Production.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Participate in the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
Integration Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support integrations between D365 F&O and internal/external systems.
- Work extensively with integration technologies including:
- Dual-write
- Data Management Framework (DMF)
- OData / REST APIs
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Service Bus
- Power Automate
- Custom X++–based integrations
- Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, performant, and include proper error handling and monitoring.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in X++ development, extensions, customization, and debugging.
- Proven experience with D365 F&O integrations and data entities.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server.
- Experience using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Exposure to legacy ERP to D365 F&O migration or on-premise to cloud migration projects is a plus.
Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of D365 F&O business processes.
- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and GAP analysis documents.
- Hands-on involvement in SIT, UAT, and end-user training.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.
- Exposure to integration-heavy environments.
- Experience in data migration and transformation projects is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
