Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise, good technical understanding, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules based on business needs.
• Conduct workshops, gap-fit analysis, and solution design sessions.
• Work closely with technical consultants and developers for integrations, customizations, and data migration activities.
• Prepare functional specification documents and user stories.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, or Business Central.
• Good technical understanding of integrations, workflows, APIs, and system architecture.
• Experience in requirement gathering and business process mapping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Microsoft certifications will be considered a plus.
