Dynamics Tech Lead/Sr Developer – Operations Technology Consultant

Duration: 6-months rolling contract

Location: New York City / hybrid work-schedule 3-days onsite

Rate: W2 $55/per hour and 1099 or C2C is $60/per hour

Overview: We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power Apps, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise case management solutions. The role involves solution analysis, architecture, development, integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing support to drive operational efficiency and risk reduction. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, and define solution designs.
• Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure services, Logic Apps, APIs, and data migration tools.
• Implement AI Builder and Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Configure and administer Dynamics 365 environments, including security, access controls, and reporting.
• Support release management, deployments, user training, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with global technology teams, infrastructure partners, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.

Professional Experience

• 15+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise client-server and web-based applications.
• 10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions (Online and On-Premises).
• Experience leading full software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, training, and production support.

Platform:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including customization, configuration, workflows, business process flows, plugins, and integrations
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, Copilot Studio
• Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution architectures

Development & Integration:

• Strong development experience in C#, ASP.NET / .NET Framework, Web APIs, WCF
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications
• Experience with ETL processes and data migration activities.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Git-based source control, implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Strong experience with: SQL Server, Database design, and administration Soft Skills
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work directly with business users and leadership teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering under tight deadlines.

Education & Certifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Microsoft Azure Certifications Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture patterns and integration best practices

• Experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions on the Microsoft technology stack
• Experience with document capture and document management platforms
• Strong understanding of solution governance, security, and deployment best practices.

Pay: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour
