<div>Job Title: Dynamics &amp; Power Platform Consultant (Functional)
Location: Ajman, UAE
Position type: Fulltime, Permanent
Experience: 15+years 
<ul><li>Minimum 15+ years experience in CRM/Power Platform projects.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Customer Insights).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Dataverse).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to design end&#8209;to&#8209;end business processes and map them to system capabilities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in utility/energy sector (preferably water &amp; electricity) &amp; atleast 2 full life cycle projects across GCC countries.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency in Arabic (shall be preferred).</li></ul></div>
