Experience: 15+years 

<ul><li>Minimum 15+ years experience in technical CRM implementations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in utility/energy sector (preferably water &amp; electricity) &amp; full lifecycle projects across GCC countries.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Expertise in CE customization (plugins, web resources, custom connectors).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong Power Platform development skills (Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge of CE modules to align technical solutions with functional needs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and environment management.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Arabic speaking (good to have).</li></ul></div>
