E-Bike Mechanic*(Sales oriented)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced e-bike mechanic to lead one of our electric bicycle retail stores. As the mechanic, you will be responsible for all the repairing, assembling of e-bikes, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that our customers have a top-tier shopping experience, as well as driving sales performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store’s inventory, coordinating promotional activities, and delivering on business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining e-bikes
• Achieve sales targets and grow store revenue through proactive sales strategies
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and ensuring store cleanliness
• Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee inventory management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve store performance
• Coordinate with the corporate office on product promotions, store displays, and reporting

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as bike or e-Bike mechanic preferred.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule with availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
