We are currently seeking a highly motivated, problem solvers to join our team in DIP, Dubai as a Sales/Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate should be skilled in online chat support, in-person sales, upselling, and after sales support. She will work with our repair department to ensure quality assurance from artisans before delivery of products. Familiarity with tools like Shopify and Canva/Photoshop is a plus. A strong customer service background is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional online chat support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to drive in-person sales, presenting products in an engaging and informative way.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Manage e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient order processing.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and implement business automation strategies to improve efficiency.
- Utilize Canva/Photoshop to create visually appealing marketing materials and online content.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
