The Opportunity: As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital success. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you will manage social media and digital marketing channels, focusing on maximizing performance for our D2C website while building a powerful brand image. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing channel strategies (including paid search, paid social, SEO, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, and affiliate) to drive traffic, conversion, and subscription for the D2C website.
- Lead the Social Media post planning and organic strategy, including content calendars for key platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Lead the planning and segmentation for all customer retention channels (Email/SMS), ensuring appropriate timing, messaging, and offer alignment.
- Own the measurement and analysis of digital marketing performance, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, internal dashboards, and platform-specific reporting.
- Track and analyze organic social media performance (reach, engagement, traffic referrals) and its contribution to overall branding and website goals.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to optimize the customer journey and conversion funnel on the D2C website.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 – 5 years in digital marketing experience overall
- 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing for a D2C or E-commerce brand.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads for direct response performance.
- Demonstrated experience in developing organic social media content calendars and post planning for major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to drive brand engagement.
- Experience in planning and executing Email and SMS marketing campaigns (e-Blasts/Text Messages), ideally using platforms like Klaviyo or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker/Tableau).
