Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a blend of technical skills, marketing expertise, and creativity to drive traffic, enhance conversion rates, and ultimately increase sales.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Utilize SEO tools and techniques to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Optimize product listings for conversion through compelling copywriting and keyword research.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to drive traffic to the e-commerce site.
  • Create engaging content for various digital channels, including email marketing campaigns and social media posts.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with graphic design teams using Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Maintain the e-commerce platform (WordPress) by updating product information, managing inventory, and ensuring a user-friendly experience.
  • Conduct A/B testing for various marketing initiatives to determine the most effective strategies for conversion optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce technologies, and consumer behavior.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques for optimizing website content.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization strategies.
  • Experience with social media marketing, particularly in managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
  • Knowledge of WordPress as a content management system (CMS).
  • Experience with Google Ads, SEM, Google AdWords, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website management tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics to track performance metrics.
  • Ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences through effective copywriting.
  • Experience in email marketing and marketing automation tools to nurture leads effectively.

Stipend / Salary

₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on skills and performance).
